Training & Development of employees is of immense importance, hence CECON gives focus to this important aspect of Human Resource Development. Training to employees is given both on need base which may be according to the need of the individual or the need of the organization. Training Need Assessment is also done at the time of appraisal. CECON has a system of In house training where internal trainers impart training to the employees at regular intervals. For external trainings, employees are either sent for outside programs or external faculties are invited to conduct training programs at the company premises. Both the programs are useful to the employees. Recently we have conducted training programme for Stru CAD/RISA for our engineers and CAD operators.
